Procedure :-
The patient is assessed for their Prakriti and specific health condition.
Herbal powders are selected based on the therapeutic goal.
The patient is made to lie comfortably, and the body is prepped with a light application of warm oil, especially in Snigdh Udvartana.
The herbal mixture is applied all over the body in upward strokes (Udvartana),
The massage is performed using firm and vigorous strokes, focusing on areas with excess fat and cellulite.
The rhythmic strokes enhance circulation, stimulate the lymphatic system, and break down fat deposits.
Post-Procedure :-
The patient is allowed to rest for a few minutes to let the herbs penetrate the skin.
The herbal mixture is gently wiped off, and the patient may be advised to take a warm bath.
The patient is advised to avoid cold exposure and heavy meals immediately after the session”
