What is Nadi Swedana?
Nadi Swedana is an Ayurvedic localized steam therapy that uses medicated steam to treat specific areas of the body.

Indications :-

Procedure :-
- Patient preparation by exposing the area for treatment
- Then herbal steam preparation is done tailored to the condition
- Using a nozzle the warm steam is directed on the affected area
- The treatment typically last as per the patient’s condition and tolerance
Post procedure care :-
- Rest the Treated Area: Allow the muscles to relax and avoid strenuous activities for a few hours.
