“What is Shiro Kashaya Dhara?
Shiro Kashaya Dhara is an Ayurvedic therapy involving the continuous pouring of a warm herbal decoction (Kashaya) over the forehead (Shiro), scalp, and hair.
It helps calm the mind, alleviate stress, and balance the Tridoshas, particularly Vata and Pitta doshas.

Procedure :-

- Application: The warm Kashaya is poured in a gentle, continuous stream over the forehead and scalp, while the therapist gently massages the area.
- Duration: The therapy lasts for 45-50 minutes, depending on the individual’s condition and needs.
Post-Procedure Care :-
- Rest and Relaxation: Allow for some rest to help the body and mind fully absorb the benefits of the therapy.
- Avoid Cold Exposure: Keep the head and body warm, and avoid exposure to cold or wind immediately after the procedure.
