Sarvanga Dhanyamla Dhara
- Sarvanga Dhanyamla Dhara is an Ayurvedic therapeutic treatment where warm medicated liquid (Dhanyamla) is continuously poured over the entire body (Sarvanga)”.
- “Dhanyamla” is a fermented herbal decoction made from grains, fruits, and medicinal herbs, specifically chosen for their detoxifying and anti-inflammatory properties.
- It is mainly used to pacify aggravated Vata and Kapha doshas and is effective for various musculoskeletal and inflammatory conditions.

Procedure Of Dhanyamla Dhara :
- Preparation of the fermented herbal decoction using grains, fruits and medicinal herbs
- Then it is warmed to a comfortable temperature
- Warm dhanyamla is poured continuosly in a rhythmic manner over the entire body,
- Using the vessel with a small hole or spout ensuring a steady steam
- While the dhanyamla is poured, gentle massage strokes are applied to enhance absorption and circulation
- After the therapy the patient is allowed to rest and is wiped gently with a soft cloth
- A warm herbal bath or mild steam session may be given post therapy
