The term “Gandusha” refers to the act of filling the mouth with a liquid, usually for a specified duration, to improve oral and overall health.
This therapy is primarily used to cleanse the oral cavity, strengthen the gums and teeth, and balance the doshas, particularly Kapha.

The Person Should Sit In A Place Devoid Of Breeze, His Shoulder And Neck Should Be Massaged With Tail. After That Fomentation Is Given for 2-3 Minutes.After Fomentation Oil Pulling is Done.Keeping His Face Slightly Lifted Up,He Should Hold The Liquid In His Mouth Till The Mouth Gets Filled With Sputum Or Till The Nose And Eyes Start Secreting Liquid.Then The Content Of Mouth Are Spitted Out.
